Spur is the app for spontaneous plans. Post what you feel like doing (pickup basketball, patio drinks, a sunset paddle) and people nearby join in. Tonight, not "sometime."

Why we built it

Every group chat has the same graveyard: "we should hang out soon." Six people, forty messages, nobody commits. Spur skips the negotiation. You see plans that already have a time and a place, and you either join or you don't.

Built so people actually show up

• Real people only. Every account is phone-verified. No bots, no burners.
• Reliability is visible. Hosts and joiners build a track record; flaking has a cost.
• Safety first. Block and report tools, photo moderation, and community guidelines with teeth.
